My forms reset to the original version! Please help!

Using spform, I'm managing the contents of a SharePoint form including some pieces of Javascript, JQuerry and CSS. Today, I changed the text label of a plain text object of the forms, saved the forms, and re-load them in the browser, and saw that all the forms destroyed; I don't know how. It seems that the forms (Disp,New,Edit) have been reset to the original versions. Is there a way to retrieve my latest working versions?

    Do you see your designed forms in Forms Designer? If not, than they have been reset (are you sure you didn't reset them via the reset button?). When a form is reset the designed sp form is deleted, so you cannot undo it.
