Forms for Workflow
Posted by bnunweiler - Jun 20 ’14 at 04:37
Hello,
SharePoint Workflow 2013 uses a WFinitForm.aspx form to load initiation values into a workflow. Is there a way to use Forms Designer instead, in the same way we use it for Lists?
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for the question. Currently, Forms Designer doesn't support customization of workflow initiation forms. But we research this area and possibly such feature will become available in a future version.

You can design a single form that numerous submitters can use to fill out using workflow forms. You can choose which portions each person allocated can change and even view when creating a workflow form.
