Upgrade to SharePoint 2013
Posted by cdcbolton - Mar 7 ’17 at 08:07
Hi we are planning an upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013. Unfortunately we have 100's of forms spreadover 1000's of teamsites. Is there no automatic way to export from 2010 and then import into 2013? Worse case identify the forms in the old 2010 site and ask the users to manually do this or use some 3rd party migration tool such as ShareGate to achieve this. We have a weekend to switch over as per usual and this process will take a long time if done manually. Where by the way are the forms stored perhaps we can move this repository and by pass the manual step
Thanks

Hi Chris,
Forms configurations are stored in the site's property bag (all properties starting with 'fd_'). So, you can just copy the keys and values from existing farm programmatically. As for form pages, I'd recommend you to use our web service to publish them to the new farm:

Please, ask future question in our new forum:
