List or Library . stp templates

Are there procedures for using the Cross Site Lookup and or Forms Designer in a list or library on Office 365 as a design platform. Saving the list or library as a .stp template. Uploading them to another Office 365 site collection. So far I have had to export / import the forms and delete / re-create the cross site lookups.
We will also be creating site templates and will need details on that process.

It will work only if source lists of the Cross-site Lookup column have the same ID at the original and the target sites. But it seems that it's impossible in Office 365. So, yes you should re-create lookups each time you transfer the list. Also, you can modify their schemas programmatically via CSOM. As for forms, you can save them into a template but first you need to modify them via SharePoint Designer:
