Fields Missing when added to a list

I added a field to an existing list and when I opened 'Forms Designer' it is not listed on the left hand side for me to drag it into the form. I tried changing the name as well and that didn't do it either.

How can I add the field now if it's not on the left? Why isn't it loading?

I'm on SharePoint Online 365.

Any input is very helpful, thanks!

    As I understood the issue relates to additional columns of a lookup field, am I right? If so, please, go to the list settings -> content types. Remove and add again the lookup field to the content type for which the columns are missing in the Forms Designer.
